Daniel Krieg started his business in 1933, selling 55-gallon drums of asphalt with one drum heater. In a short time, he began oil and chipping roads throughout Central Pennsylvania. Eighty-four years later, his asphalt products company remains family-owned, and continues to be a leader in the application of liquid asphalt emulsions, cements and sealers.
