1. Using a power edger, we trim and remove any grass or dirt along the edges of the area to be sealed.

3. Oil spots are treated with a primer to allow proper adhesion of the sealer.
4. If required, linear cracks ar blown out with 185 CFM compressed air, then filled with a hot rubberized crack filler.
5. The area to be sealed is closed off to traffic and pedestrians using cones and barricades.
6. Two coats of sealer are applied using a brush or spray application. The trim is brushed by hand to reduce any possibility of overspray.
7. Parking lot lines are repainted.
