This is a tricky one in the world of sealcoating. Sealcoating application can only be done when it's warm and sunny out. That means applications are done seasonally and are contingent upon the weather forecast.

A sealcoating contractor will discuss your business' hours with you, and work with you to schedule a day(s) that works for your business. However, a contractor cannot control the weather. If there is rain in the forecast, or if it is an especially cloudy or windy day, sealer should not be applied. If weather does become an issue, a good contractor will work hard to get your job rescheduled & completed as soon as possible.
